Jena Carr is the founder and agency principal of Carr & Co. Insurance Partners, an independent insurance agency serving clients across Middle Georgia. With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Jena has built her career around one core philosophy: insurance should be thoughtful, transparent, and designed to protect what people have worked hard to build.

Before launching Carr & Co., Jena spent nearly six years owning and operating a captive agency, where she grew the book to more than $3.5 million in written premium while maintaining strong retention and underwriting alignment. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on disciplined growth, clean underwriting, and long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales.

Jena holds an MBA and has spent years pursuing advanced education in insurance and risk management. That commitment to professionalism continues to shape how Carr & Co. operates today — as a boutique agency focused on preferred personal lines and select small commercial clients.

At Carr & Co., Jena leads a team of licensed professionals who prioritize clear communication, proactive service, and well-structured coverage solutions.
